MTW has brought a Drama Club to Dickerson Middle School students since 2010 and is thrilled to produce the musical again this year. We are looking forward to putting talented Dickerson students on stage in “Annie, Jr.” with performances November 11, 12, and 13. Audition dates pending (will be sent virtually using this link: https://flip.com/a377d657. Details to follow) and rehearsals begin August 15th — continuing Tuesday and Thursday mornings 7:30-bell until the Performances.
In the spring we look forward to a Wednesday morning Drama class from 8:00 – 8:50am where we learn acting skills, play improv games, scene work, and have a blast! Any parent interested is welcome to attend our last class to watch as the students showcase their favorite improv/acting activities from Drama Club.
MTW has produced musicals with children of all ages for over 20 years and is excited about working with Dickerson students for their production of “Annie, Jr”. The performances will be November 11th, 12th and 13th. Audition dates and time are TBA. Rehearsals are before school Tuesday and Thursday until the Performances. Once you have signed up, you will receive audition information with audition materials, and have the opportunity to sign up for your audition day. Each student need only attend one audition day.
Drama Club at Dickerson meets for 9 weeks in the spring. Students will build confidence and learn stage skills through fun-filled theatre games, improvisation and scene study. This is a great way to meet other students while having a blast and learning how to think on your feet and speak in front of others.

Rehearsals are before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:50 am. and continuing to the performance
Tech and Dress Rehearsals will be the week prior to the show. Dates/Times TBA
November 11th 7:00 pm, November 12th, 7:00 pm, November 13th 2:00 pm. Cast party immediately following the Sunday show.
